Maintaining a healthy work-life balance while continuing to advance yourself can be challenging, especially when you have family or personal commitments.
Maybe you feel stressed, overwhelmed, disconnected or dissatisfied, but aren’t sure what to do about it?
Or perhaps you want more time for yourself and a better work-life balance, but feel like you have to prove yourself, leading to feeling anxious, fearful or angry?
If so, I understand.
That’s why I founded Original Balance in 2013. To help busy professional and entrepreneurial women refocus and regain balance in their lives through personalised one-on-one coaching.
After working in a range of jobs over the past 30 years from a massage therapist, Aged Care, Administration/Reception and Executive Assistant, I saw a need to help women identity obstacles so they could achieve their personal goals.
As a Certified Personal Development Coach and a member of a global coaching organisation, I provide personal one-on-one structured coaching. I specialise in helping women create alignment and balance in their life and work, so they can positively grow to be the best they can be.
Maybe you’ve been working in a corporate role for years or are running your own business, only to realise it’s harder than you thought to juggle your excessive workload with finding balance in your life.
With proven techniques, process and systems, I help women, like you to:
– Get clarity on direction and design meaningful goals
– Create strategies to balance your personal and professional life
– Increase self-esteem and self-belief
– Identify blockages to move forward
– Effectively manage stress
– Achieve personal success
My role as your coach is to walk the journey with you. To encourage, empower, support and hold you accountable, using a structured process… without adding to your to-do list.
