I have created a space where people can take time to stop and breathe in this crazy world we live in. When you arrive here you will be greeted happily and looked after. Making your time with us feeling welcomed and relaxed. At Room to Breathe we understand that life can be full of challenges, some more difficult than others. In our space you are free to express your feelings and be understood. We believe that we all have the desire and the capacity to grow, we can learn more about ourselves and become the expert in our own life’s. Here we will help you develop skills and strategies to help you make positive changes, leading to a more fulfilling and meaningful life. We don’t want you to suffer in silence, we want you to open up in a safe environment and talk with someone who will listen and care.
