Mad Hatterz Parties are available for advertising campaigns, press calls, product releases, events, fetes, fairs and markets. Toni Anne has always been creative! She fell into face and body art unintentionally, face painting at her sons child care centre offering to help out the face painter. That was over 25 years ago!! This help out became a creative outlet and successful business.
