Meet SA Woman Member, Hayley Towers.
Business/Organisation: Towers Legal
Job Role: Director – Principal Lawyer
Tell us a bit about you:
Hi, I am Hayley Towers and I run my own micro law firm, Towers Legal.
I am a business lawyer, operating virtually for clients all over Australia. I have 18 + years of legal experience and I do all things contract, risk and compliance, employment, and even disputes.
My clients are usually “bigger” or regulated small business owners who need that extra bit of legal help on an on-going basis. I love to form ongoing relationships with business owners, so that we can work together holistically, often in step with your business accountant.
I live in the Adelaide Hills with my husband and two boys.
Tell us a bit about your business or organisation/role:
Towers Legal opened in 2023 to give clients a different option to the usual CBD business law firms, which happen to be full of male partners and are usually very expensive to deal with. We offer fixed fees and for our ongoing clients, we love to act as your “mini” legal counsel, on a retainer basis.
Our superpowers lie in protecting business owners from every day legal risks, such as your contractual relationships, your employees and contractors, your websites, intellectual property and privacy issues. We are also expert negotiators and can manage disputes when they arise too.
We look after all sectors and have special expertise in heavily regulated industries such as Health and Disability.
Check out our website for more detail on how we can work with you.
