Elevating South Australian women and girls.

Build Connections. Be Seen. Forge your own path.
All industries. All careers. All regions.

Soar with us.

Join the movement of South Australian women

in business and careers, soaring higher together.

What we do.

At SA Woman we are all about elevating South Australian women and girls so that they can build connections, be seen and recognised for their achievements, contribution and innovation and forge their own path in a career or business they love.

We believe that all women deserve to be seen and recognised for their contribution to South Australia. We see inspiring stories and heroes everywhere. At the supermarket checkout, in our schools, in our small businesses, in our healthcare industry, in our leaders, in our girls and beyond. From all regions of SA, to all industries backgrounds and experience – we are here for all women working to make South Australia great!

We have three core pillars to support our mission:

Connected.

Build Connections.

SA Woman is here to support women to build new connections and foster relationships. We are about redefining networking – the SA Woman way. We are here to connect women and girls with the support and resources they need to soar. To connect the community with the women behind the companies, brands and businesses. To create a place online and in person where women feel they belong to a community of women who want to see them rise.

Seen.

Be Seen.

SA Woman is dedicated to bringing women to the forefront. It is time our women and girls are seen for the achievements, impact and innovation they bring to South Australia. We will celebrate, we will share their stories, we will show our women of the future and the world what our State has to offer in business, in career and in the community. EVERY South Australian woman is worthy of being seen, it is our mission that they are.

Elevated.

Forge your own Path.

SA Woman is committed to supporting women and girls to forge their own paths to success – however that looks to them.  By creating connection, sharing stories and creating a movement of women soaring high and empowering one another, we are dedicated to showing women and girls what is truly possible. We can’t be what we can’t see, it’s time to see it!  It’s our time!

Tanya Williams – Williams + Co Conveyancing

Hello! I’m so excited to be on the small business journey. I am Certified Practising Conveyancer based in the beautiful Mid North / Clare Valley. I specialize in residential and rural transactions, estate and matrimonial transfers.

After many years of being under the “Corporate Firm Umbrella” in conveyancing, 2024 is the year I have taken the leap to go out on my own. Doing so allows me to be more client focused and embrace the communities I live and work in which is so important in rural areas.

I have been in the real estate industry for over 20 years with the directional change to conveyancing taking place in 2015. Over those years, I have seen an enormous change in the conveyancing industry including the mandating of e-conveyancing.

To broaden my world, I absolutely love travelling both overseas and locally. We are exceptionally spoiled for choice in SA with a fabulous food and wine scene of which I am an avid supporter!

I read. I cook. I garden. I live on our farming property between Clare & Burra. I am a huge fan of my two towering sons who keep the reality of life front and centre for both my husband and I.

It’s an exciting time to be taking this on and to embrace the networks around me.

I am a passionate nature lover, dedicated to creating sustainable and beautiful spaces that are calming and respect the planet and wildlife. As a mum of two beautiful adult daughters and an adoptive mum to many, I understand the importance of nurturing both family and the environment. My incredibly supportive husband has been instrumental in making my dream of designing gardens a reality.
I’m a HUGE animal lover and find joy in spending time with my beloved rescue dog and our two one-eyed, fluffy rescue cats. My love for animals extends into my work, where I often incorporate elements that support local wildlife and much-loved pets.

I live in the beautiful Adelaide Hills, South Australia with my husband and two young boys. When I’m not working, you will find me hanging out with family & friends, pottering in the garden, listening to podcasts or tucked away with a great book.
