National Property Buyers buy, manage and assist with the sale of all types of property across Australia, ranging from $250,000 to multi-million dollar transactions.
Our team are all passionate about Australian real estate and we’re all investors ourselves so we understand exactly what our clients expect and demand from us. We love nothing more than guiding our clients through the searching, assessing and negotiation stages of property buying and at the end of it all fulfilling their dreams of securing an exceptional investment or family home.
// What do you love most about being in business?
The ability to change peoples life through educating and advising them through purchasing either a new home or investment property. It is the single most important transaction most people will make in their entire life, and we get to share that journey.
// Share with us how life has changed since being in business?
When NPB opened its doors in Adelaide, I was a mother to a 10 month old boy. Fast forward 6 years and 2 more boys, I am now a mother of 3 boys aged 2, 4 and 6 and the business has gone from a little part-time role which I would do around naps of the baby, to an ever expanding team of amazing women supporting each other in our professional journey, working with over 100 clients a year.
// Who has supported you the most on your business journey?
My husband and mother – without them being available to have the boys at the drop of a hat, I wouldn’t have been able to navigate the juggle required to make myself available for the demands of real estate. Years of evening work, while my husband helped get the boys to bed and do the nightly “tidy up” at home, meant I could do what was required after a tough day of “motherhood”.
// Do you have a fave place to spend summer/go to for coffee/ go to to relax/ go to for food?
100% Cotto on Prospect Road. The coffee, the food and team are amazing. We take our clients there for meetings when they’re in town from all over the country and it never disappoints.
// What advice would you give other women wanting to start a business?
Just do it. It is scary taking the plunge into business, and there is no doubt it is a juggle. Backing yourself and believing in your plan and goals is the first step to business success.
