Tanya Williams – Williams + Co Conveyancing

Tanya Williams – Williams + Co Conveyancing

Hello! I’m so excited to be on the small business journey. I am Certified Practising Conveyancer based in the beautiful Mid North / Clare Valley. I specialize in residential and rural transactions, estate and matrimonial transfers.

After many years of being under the “Corporate Firm Umbrella” in conveyancing, 2024 is the year I have taken the leap to go out on my own. Doing so allows me to be more client focused and embrace the communities I live and work in which is so important in rural areas.

I have been in the real estate industry for over 20 years with the directional change to conveyancing taking place in 2015. Over those years, I have seen an enormous change in the conveyancing industry including the mandating of e-conveyancing.

To broaden my world, I absolutely love travelling both overseas and locally. We are exceptionally spoiled for choice in SA with a fabulous food and wine scene of which I am an avid supporter!

I read. I cook. I garden. I live on our farming property between Clare & Burra. I am a huge fan of my two towering sons who keep the reality of life front and centre for both my husband and I.

It’s an exciting time to be taking this on and to embrace the networks around me.

My incredibly supportive husband has been instrumental in making my dream of designing gardens a reality.
I’m a HUGE animal lover and find joy in spending time with my beloved rescue dog and our two one-eyed, fluffy rescue cats. My love for animals extends into my work, where I often incorporate elements that support local wildlife and much-loved pets.

Danielle Hayes – Calm Kids: Counselling & Wellbeing Services

Danielle Hayes is the founder of Calm Kids: Counselling & Wellbeing Services – a holistic mental health support service for children and adolescents in Australia. She also co-founded Time For Change, an educational wellbeing and consulting service in Bali, Indonesia.

She is fascinated by current research into Interpersonal Neurobiology and Polyvagal Theory and describes herself as an avid lifelong learner.

Danielle is deeply passionate about the mental health challenges faced by educators and parents. Together with her partner, Anthony, she presents engaging workshops to educators, parents, and community groups in Australia and internationally. Her workshop topics include ‘Conscious Parenting’, ‘Parenting Your Anxious Child’, ‘Calm Teachers—Calm Kids’, and ‘Co-Regulation For Learning’. Danielle is also an Executive Contributor at Brainz Magazine, writing on the topics of Parenting and Child/Adolescent Mental Health.

Outside of her professional life, Danielle finds inspiration in her personal relationships. Her partner of 33 years, Anthony, her two adult children, Caitlin and Connor, and her new granddaughter, Blair, are her greatest sources of joy. She also loves to travel the world, drawing inspiration from the diverse cultures she encounters. Danielle now divides her time between Australia and her ‘soul home’, Bali, where she finds peace and rejuvenation.

Lyndal Ashby – VisiBelle

Lyndal Ashby – VisiBelle

As a previous business banker I’ve helped over 1,000 businesses of all shapes, sizes and industries grow.

But I was completely frustrated from working with over a hundred failing businesses not able to help, declining new customers everyday for much needed support.

Spurred by a move to the Adelaide Hills and unable to find childcare, I quit my job and dedicated my everything to learning how to help businesses thrive online.

I specialised in building websites but soon found it wasn’t enough. While most businesses had a goal of growing the business, they didn’t know the strategy and tactics to help them achieve this. And if they did, the owners didn’t have time to actually implement the strategy.

What began as a freelancing gig has now evolved into a growing digital agency.

Chelle Fisher – LunaMarga Healing & Wellness

Chelle is a Holistic Counsellor, Reiki Master, creator of Ageing With Empowerment (AWE), Mentor and Mindset Alchemist.

With many years of working in the holistic healing field, delving into the mind, body and soul connection, counselling, life coaching and writing, she has the unique ability to see the light in others and assist them to heal past wounds, find their untapped potential and remember their magic.

“As a woman, wife, mother and now grandmother, I have walked the path of conditioning, self doubt and self sabotage and understand the challenges and limitations this can manifest in your life.

I spent decades of my life feeling that I never quite made the grade, low self esteem, self loathing of my body and my perceived lack of success. Constantly beat myself up for not measuring up to what I thought was expected of me – and piled unrealistic expectations on myself.

Spent years in the never ending spiral of comparison and competition which always left me wanting. Found myself criticizing other women in the vain hope that it would make me feel better.
But it didn’t – I just found myself feeling more miserable and discontent.

Then I found myself, at the age of 58, unemployed, sad and lonely.
Did a lot of drinking, eating too much, falling deeper and deeper into a hole of feeling desperately unhappy.

Until one day, I decided things had to change.

I won’t say it was easy, I won’t fool you and say it happened overnight. It took tons of effort and lots of self healing, however, I can now truly say that I am happy with and within myself.

Sure, some days are more challenging than others, however I now have the tools and strategies to bring myself back into a space of love and peace with more ease, allowing me to enjoy each day knowing that I am enough, I am amazing and I am worthy.

And now, I bring those same tools, guides, inspirations and healings here, for you so you can finally leave all that self doubt, self loathing, and lack of self love behind and begin living a life that brings joy, peace and love into your space everyday.

Isnt’ it time you began to reconnect to your authentic power and realise your true worth and deep inner strengths, empowered to live a life of calm, courage, confidence, peace and joy.

There is so much more that unites us as women than that which divides us. We all have a deep-rooted need for connection and communal support. We all feel physically better when our minds are in good shape, and we all could benefit from feeling better about ourselves as we grow older.
I’m here to guide and learn with you, as we remember.

Let’s throw all stigmas, limits and conditioning out the window as we work to increase our wellness of body and spirit and show the world that we are vibrant, magical and amazing.

Susie Ford – Let’s Just Be Fabulous!

Susie Ford – Let’s Just Be Fabulous!

After years of working in the corporate world I am still intrigued as to why some people cannot see their potential. Seemingly, they lack confidence and make negative choices unaware of their insecurities and fears.
Through experiences and research, I developed processes that enabled me to see the souls who, without help, may never in this lifetime recognise their detrimental beliefs, and patterns of behaviour. Those that have been absorbed into their subconscious mind, and unconsciously being played out.

When hit by my own adversity, through adult eyes, I came to see clearly my own damage! The effect it had on the course of my life and the love I deprived myself.
Ultimately, I recogised the subconscious beliefs I took from my parents and other significant influences, from early childhood.

I was a Master of Imitation! Like many of us!

Certified in NLP, CBT, and using modalities of brain science, transactional analysis and positive psychology, I guide others to develop their self-awareness, have realisations and most importantly gain clarity.
Of what they absorbed from the impact of past conditioning through early childhood,. And with a conscious mind lose the fears and gain the confidence, they need to move towards what they aspire
to be and have in this lifetime.

Zoe Jones – Coastal Community Support Services

Zoe Jones – Coastal Community Support Services

After a successful 21-year career as a qualified hairdresser and salon owner, I transitioned into a new path due to a shoulder injury that prompted me to leave the hair and beauty industry. During my tenure, I not only managed my own salon and trained apprentices but also worked as a trainer at Bite on the Side for four years, utilising my Hair and Beauty Trainer certification. Alongside, I volunteered as an ambulance officer and earned a Certificate 2 in Medical Emergency Response.

Seeking to remain engaged with the community, I pursued a Certificate 3 in Disability and subsequently worked with Community Living Australia for four years. This shift in focus was driven by my desire to enhance care standards and support for individuals.

My academic journey includes a Certificate 3 in Disability Support, Certificate 4 in Beauty Therapy, Certificate 4 in Training and Assessment, an associate degree, and an Undergraduate Certificate in Community Support from the University of Tasmania.

In January 2022, I founded Coastal Community Support Services from my home office, relocating to our current location at McLaren Vale Shopping Centre in May 2023. This venture embodies my commitment to creating environments where individuals receive exceptional care and support.

I am also a mother to two daughters, aged 11 and 13, and a stepmother to a 10-year-old. Our household also includes two exchange students, my partner Andrew, and our beloved dog Diesel.
