2024 Women to Watch
This year we showcase over 80 South Australian women to watch throughout the year. From business, to careers, arts to science. This year’s selected women highlight the depth and diversity of the women in our state and also the vast array of opportunities to develop a business or career in South Australia. Find our more about our inaugural Women to Watch initiative here.
Stephanie is a wife, mum to three young adults, personal stylist and committed coffee lover! Her journey as a personal stylist began while working in the fashion retail industry for many years. She could see how clothes affected how women saw themselves. In the right clothes, they felt comfortable and confident, and they stepped out wearing a smile that lit up the room. In the wrong clothes, they felt awkward, self-conscious, and low.
So in 2013, she decided to turn her passion for styling into her career. She completed formal training to gain knowledge and skills so she can help women like you put their best foot forward. Stephanie has been helping women to find and fall in love with their personal style again ever since.

// Let’s get to know you
Before becoming a personal stylist I worked in fashion retail for several years and loved helping women find an outfit that made them feel fabulous. Putting together outfits was something that I had always assumed everyone could do easily, but I soon realised that’s not the case. I have always loved creating different looks and styling outfits just seemed to come naturally to me. It was when I turned forty that things changed for me. I was suddenly diagnosed with Parkinsons disease and had no idea how fast or slow it would progress. My diagnosis became the catalyst to heading off to Melbourne and did a Personal Stylist course to expand on my styling skills and become a qualified Personal Stylist. I was following my passion, helping others to feel confident and empowered through personal style. In 2013 I created my own styling business Infinite Styling, which recently celebrated its tenth year. During this time I have had so many amazing styling experiences which include working for SA Style magazine, dressing models and being involved in Adelaide Fashion Festival, Rundle Mall fashion parades, styling for commercial and editorial photo shoots, styling clients for branding shoots, holding workshops, and of course working one on one with my gorgeous styling clients. I am incredibly lucky to be following my passion still and have the ability to still keep doing what I love… helping women to feel confident and be seen as the beautiful and best version of themselves.
// What makes you a Woman to Watch for 2024?
This year I am creating and presenting a series of workshops for women which are educational and empowering. The EmpowerHer series will be hosted by myself sharing my styling tips and tricks, along with a guest speaker who specialises in their field covering topics from Communicating with Confidence to Menopause and more. These workshops are designed to provide women who are in their 40’s and 50’s especially, the tools and knowledge to build their confidence to be seen and heard.
// What are you most looking forward to in 2024?
Connection and creating. This year I am making networking more of a priority. Meeting new people and making more connections is exciting. I am also planning an overseas holiday in June which I am really looking forward to also!
// What would being a 2024 Woman to Watch mean to you?
Being nominated has already blown me away! To know that someone sees you is truly special. As a 55 year old woman, working solo in her own business, it means a lot to be recognised for making a contribution and also being part of an amazingly supportive community of likeminded women.
// What would you like to see for the future of South Australian women and girls?
Living in a world where there is equality and safety for women would be ideal. Domestic violence needs to be stopped and there needs to be a massive amount of work done in this area. Ageism (especially for women) is also a massive issue and I would love to see more education around this also.
