Hi, I’m Harriet, and I’m delighted to meet you!
The philosophy of Chiropractic truly resonates with me: the body inherently knows how to heal itself when there is no interference to the nervous system. My passion is sharing this approach through adjustments and education, helping people live their best lives.
As of February 2024, I am the proud owner of The Chiro Crew — a place that holds special significance for me. I have been coming here since I was a little girl, and it feels incredibly meaningful to now be part of the practice that has been a cornerstone of my own health journey.
My journey with Chiropractic began in childhood when my mother brought my brother and me to her Chiropractor to ensure we grew up strong and adaptable. This early experience inspired me to become a Chiropractor myself.
Outside of the practice, I’m married to my wonderful husband, and we welcomed our little man into the world in October 2024. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family, playing music, dancing, and exploring new culinary creations in my kitchen.

At The Chiro Crew, we do comfort. We do adapting. We do health. We do movement. We do Chiropractic.
We care about your life – through conception, pregnancy and childhood; through study and work; through stressful times and happy times, because the time is always right to thrive.
We have 3 simple goals for everyone who comes into our practice – whether that be the postie dropping off the mail or a family we have been seeing for years.
We aim to achieve, in some little way, each of these things:
1) Restore function to the spine and body.
2) Inspire a better model of health and living to the world.
3) See profound awakenings of infinite possibilities in the way we live our lives.
