With over 20 years of experience and a Bachelor of Architecture, I’ve had the privilege of running my own practice while balancing family life. I enjoy a collaborative approach to the design process with a personal interest in sustainable solutions and providing beautifully tailored buildings.

As a certified HCANZA Health and Wellness Coach, and Menopause Coaching Specialist, I support women, in community and the workplace, who feel overwhelmed, tired, and uncertain to find clarity, confidence, and renewed direction for their overall health and wellbeing.
I am a business consultant with background and experience in management and small business. I have a Bachelor of Business Management and use a comprehensive, people-focused approach to business. After seeing firsthand the challenges that small businesses face, I launched Workflow Advisory in February 2025 to provide practical, customised support that aligns with each business’ unique goals. Working closely with my clients, I streamline operations and implement tailored solutions to optimise systems, reduce costs, and enhance productivity.
Beyond my work, I enjoy a balanced and fulfilling lifestyle. Crochet, golf, and spending time with friends are some of my favourite ways to relax and recharge.
I am a passionate advocate for strategic creative marketing, with over 16 years of experience across the arts, media, and higher education sectors.
My skill set includes marketing strategy and implementation, digital marketing, event management, corporate partnerships, and stakeholder engagement and servicing.
I hold strong, engaged relationships with South Australian government and corporate organisations.

I am an entrepreneur, an IT professional, a project and operations manager, and a mother-of-two.
I run IRIS IT, an IT solution provider supporting enterprises throughout South Australia.
I was introduced to computers while working at an accounting firm in Melbourne in the 1980s; programming quickly became an area of my interest and occupation.
Returning to my hometown of Adelaide, I became a trainer in IT systems before moving on to account and project management roles with software development companies and computer wholesalers, including Sybiz Software, where I was promoted to executive director.
After an extensive foray into the food industry establishing a pretzel wholesale and franchise business, I returned to my IT roots, taking on various project management roles, before buying IRIS IT (formerly Compunets). I rebranded the business in 2019 and am now spearheading a growth phase for the company.
An active committee member and networker, I am part of local networks including SA Woman, HerTech Path and SA Business Chamber.
