Tell us a bit about you

Kama Gore is the founder of Kama Health and a Practitioner Wellbeing Coach, Natural Health Coach, BodyMind Coach, meditation teacher and energy practitioner based in the Adelaide Hills.

Kama supports practitioners, carers, helpers and sensitive women who are feeling depleted, overwhelmed, emotionally stretched or disconnected from themselves. Her work focuses on holistic burnout recovery, practitioner wellbeing, nervous system support, energy restoration and sustainable self-care.

She blends natural health education, BodyMind coaching, meditation, Reiki, aura healing, energy work and practical wellbeing guidance to support the whole person: body, mind, energy, emotions and lived experience.

Kama’s approach is grounded, compassionate and practical, with a deep respect for both science and spirituality. She is passionate about supporting people who care deeply for others to restore their own energy, reconnect with their needs and create more sustainable ways to care for themselves while continuing the work and roles that matter to them.

Kama offers Practitioner Wellbeing Sessions online Australia-wide and in-person in the Adelaide Hills.

Tell us a bit about your business:

Kama Health offers holistic burnout recovery and practitioner wellbeing support for practitioners, carers, helpers and sensitive women who are experiencing stress, overwhelm, emotional depletion or energetic exhaustion.

My main offering is the Practitioner Wellbeing Session: a grounded 1:1 reset designed to help you pause, restore energy, reconnect with your body and needs, and explore more sustainable ways to care for yourself while caring for others.

Sessions may include nervous system support, BodyMind coaching, meditation, Reiki, aura healing, energy work, natural health education and practical wellbeing guidance, depending on your needs.

My approach honours the whole person: body, mind, energy, emotions, nervous system, lived experience and health history. I do not offer one-size-fits-all advice or complex wellness plans. Instead, I listen deeply, reflect patterns, support self-awareness and offer grounded recommendations that feel practical and realistic for your life.

As a Size Inclusive Health Practitioner, I do not centre weight or body size as the measure of wellbeing. My focus is on supporting energy, capacity, emotional wellbeing, self-connection and sustainable health.
