Tell us a bit about your business or organisation/role: When I have my Nicola Spencer Coaching hat on I am working with women who are looking for more. I help them find a path forward towards creating more time in their week for them, and more balance in their lives. I do this using the power of Human Design and NLP coaching. I love it when women break free with the permission slips that I give them through my coaching.
