Katherine M. McLeod is the founder of The Divine Woman Experience and creator of the Legacy Leaders movement. A Success & Soul Alignment Coach, Katherine helps high-achieving women bridge the gap between external success and inner fulfilment — guiding them to lead with love, live with purpose, and create impact that lasts for generations.
After two decades in education, Katherine now blends neuroscience, energetics, and emotional transformation to empower women to rise into their next evolution — soul-aligned, self-led, and living a life that feels as good on the inside as it looks on the outside.

The Divine Woman Experience is a transformational brand devoted to empowering women to reconnect with their worth, expand their wealth, and embody their most illuminated lives.
Through retreats, RESET programs, and private mentorship, Katherine guides women to dissolve emotional blocks, rediscover their divine power, and create a life of freedom, flow, and fulfilment.
Her signature offerings — the Self-Worth RESET, Emotional Regulation RESET, and Illumination Retreats — support women to lead themselves first, live with purpose, and leave a legacy of love.

What has been a lesson you learnt in your career or business that has stayed with you?
The biggest lesson I’ve learnt is that success without soul will always feel empty. True success is alignment — when who you are and what you do are one and the same. The moment I stopped striving to prove my worth and started creating from love, joy, and purpose, everything began to flow with ease. Now, I build my business through connection, community, and contribution — not control.
What is your favourite place in South Australia to visit?
Normanville — my slice of paradise by the sea. It’s where the ocean breeze reminds me to breathe, the sunsets invite gratitude, and every walk becomes a moment of magic.
