What has been a lesson you learnt in your career or business that has stayed with you?
The biggest lesson I’ve learnt in my career is that numbers only tell part of the story. Behind every loan, property, or strategy is a human being navigating life — and when you lead with empathy and understanding, the right financial outcome naturally follows.
I’ve also learnt that financial literacy isn’t just about money — it’s about confidence, choices, and freedom. When people truly understand their finances, they stop surviving and start thriving.
Through it all, one thing remains constant: trust matters most. When clients feel heard, supported, and understood, they make smarter, more empowered decisions.
At the end of the day, people remember how you made them feel — and no spreadsheet or interest rate can ever replace genuine care. That’s the heart behind everything I do.
