Tell us a bit about your business or organisation/role:
I offer unique services to Mothers and their families.

I offer 1 to 1 in home support from pregnancy to post-partum and right through the years of motherhood.

Whether you have just had a baby OR are experiencing one of life’s difficult transitions, I will come and take care of you. (like a long warm hug but with the bonus of understanding and caring for your mental health and emotional wellbeing AND the knowledge to incorporate the needs of your children and family in to that holistic care)

I run a circle program for new mums in the Southern suburbs called the Under 1 Mums Circle.

In collaboration with another beautiful SA Mum in business (creative biz coach Sarah Harney) I facilitate a year long program of retreat days to Nurture Creative and Business Mums.

Let’s get to know you a little more:

What has been a lesson you learnt in your career or business that has stayed with you?
What you have to offer is enough, you don’t need to offer everything to everyone.

Why is being part of SA Woman important to you?
The opportunities for connection with other amazing women and to see women, especially mothers, become who they want to be.

Rest – Play – Love.
