Lauren Zwaans | Craig Linke Bespoke Building

Lauren Zwaans is a marketing, operations and business strategy leader with global experience spanning Government, nonprofits, and the corporate sector, including big tech. She is also the co-owner and Chief Operating Officer at Craig Linke Bespoke Building, a boutique Adelaide building and interior design company.

Most recently, Lauren worked for Meta (aka Facebook), based in San Francisco. There, she led cross-functional teams, including a pod of analysts and growth marketers, creating multi-channel, scaled marketing campaigns targeting millions and driving social impact, community and health partnership engagement, acquisition and product adoption outcomes. Prior to this, Lauren ran her own brand marketing and copywriting agency, KIS Communications. She has also had several stints as a political adviser, as well as working both in London for Burberry as a sub-editor in their Marketing team, and with Sydney social media and brand agencies across global and national accounts.

A born business strategist, Lauren has held several non-executive Board appointments over the years. She also founded a South Australian network for women, Spence Club, in 2014. Lauren has two young children. She loves travelling both locally and abroad seeking building and interiors inspiration, and learning about different cultures.

Amanda Ewbank | Pebble and Palm

Strategic, passionate, creative, and adaptable are a few words that come to mind when thinking about Amanda. Owner of the beautiful Pebble and Palm Interiors and a Strategic Advisor, Engagement Specialist and Leadership Consultant.

With a career story that could be described as ‘non-traditional’, Amanda has been a Park Ranger, Banking Executive, Interior Stylist, Leadership Consultant and Small Business Owner (just to name a few! ..) After spending some 17+ years in Senior Leadership positions across the corporate sphere in Banking, Tech Start-Ups and in SA Government, 5 years ago she followed a passion and a dream and opened a homewares and interior design business. She still flexes her corporate skills, and is currently leading a Transformation Program and building a new Digital Strategy for the South Australian Police which looks at next generation policing through a technology lens.

As a lover of beautiful things, Amanda works with her Pebble & Palm Interiors clients to curate relaxed interiors that people can live and love in. Styling fills her cup and sparks joy; and consulting stretches the brain, challenges her thinking, and provides a feeling of fulfilment. She’s a step-mum, wife, sister, daughter, friend and SAW member since 2019.
