Let’s get to know you a little more:

What has been a lesson you learnt in your career or business that has stayed with you?
To Trust my gut and intuition. It has taken me some time to really listen, but I have had too many circumstances now where I didn’t and then have either been hurt or burned along the way. My gut is always right and I am learning not to let others distract me from what it is telling me.

What is your favourite place in South Australia to visit?
Our beaches or anywhere along the Murray River. Being near water makes me feel at home.

Why is being part of SA Woman important to you?
Because we need to back and support each other. There are still so many hurdles and glass walls affecting women, and by working together we are able to lift one another up. SA Woman provides me the supportive community and a sense of belonging so I can thrive.

What is a quote or mantra you live by?

She believed she could, so she did.

This is a quote that has been with me through my whole career. I have had lot’s of naysayers and people trying to trip me up along the way, believing in myself is what has got me through.
