The philosophy of the ‘SuperAbundant Conscious Leadership’, is dedicated to reshaping traditional leadership paradigms by providing tailored coaching and training services to individuals in positions of authority, power, and influence. With a focus on promoting conscious, healed, and supportive leadership, our goal is to foster a new generation of leaders who operate from a place of wholeness and integrity.
Embarking on a journey to shift the narrative on leadership and trauma has been both a calling and a privilege. My passion lies in working with individuals in positions of authority, power, and influence to ensure that they are leading from a place of wholeness and integrity. The conventional notion of leadership is fading, making way for conscious, healed, supportive, and loving feminine leadership—a fundamental shift crucial for the future of humanity.
It is my firm belief that for us to attain genuine excellence, both personally and professionally, we must cultivate leaders who operate from a space of wisdom, healing, and groundedness. This transformation is not just a professional requisite but a moral obligation, paving the way for a more harmonious and enlightened society.
By guiding leaders towards a path of self-awareness and healing, we are not just catalyzing personal growth but also fostering a ripple effect that transcends individual spheres. What has been a lesson you learnt in your career or business that has stayed with you?
Trust yourself, DEEPLY. Your journey is not supposed to make sense to anyone but you. I have been down several pathways before I arrived, quite unexpectedly, at this one. If you had told me two years ago that I would be working with famous people and seven-figure entrepreneurs and that I would be commanding such high-ticket sales I would not have believed you! This has all happened so organically for me and I have loved every moment of its unfolding, even if those around me felt uncomfortable with my rapid transformation. Stay true to YOU, always. X
What is your favourite place in South Australia to visit?
It’s a tie between Kaipto Forest and The Star of Greece Beach xx
Why is being part of SA Woman important to you?
Despite being mainly an introvert these days, I have advanced to my current position from my living room, serving leaders globally. My focus now is on disrupting old leadership paradigms and spearheading a new wave of conscious, healed aligned leadership. While stepping out into the world and pushing myself to be more visible and to share this message may feel uncomfortable, it’s also incredibly exciting.
Embracing this discomfort, I am committed to advocating for a more empathetic and authentic approach to leadership, inspiring others to do the same. I believe that by challenging traditional norms and promoting conscious leadership, we can create a more compassionate and impactful future. Being part of SA Woman will allow me to ‘fill my bucket’ and continue to be inspired by the accomplishments of others, for me to continue to strive for excellence in myself.
