Katrina Parrington is one of Australia’s most successful mortgage brokers. An award-winning expert on financial services, she specialises in home loans, investment loans, commercial loans, refinances, and plant & equipment finance. Having worked in Financial Services for 30 years, she understands the key strategies and structures involved in buying your first home, building a successful property portfolio, or buying a single investment property.
Katrina takes a holistic view, inclusive of research on relevant markets, types of properties, strategy, structure, risk management, and the all-important financial analysis. She has unique abilities and qualifications that ensure a real understanding of her clients’ financial needs, and that enables her to provide professional advice and solutions that delight her clients. Katrina holds a Diploma of Financial Services, and she is a member of the Mortgage and Finance Association of Australia.

Women supporting Women particularly in a finance which is predominantly male orientated. To prove that point our little team just took out the following Awards the only female team in Australia
We a very proud to announce that the Parrington Finance team have taken out the number 1 Broker spot for the Northern Territory for 2024. We have also been named in the top 5 Broker’s in South Australia and acknowledged in the top 20 Brokers nationally. We are the only all-female team to bring home a state / territory title in 2024! As a small team we are honoured to be able to take our space as Sate / Territory winners and nationally recognised Brokers. This award is based on our Customer Reviews so we would like to thank all of our CLIENTS for their support and recognition.
