Hi!
My name is Tobie Herbert.
I am passionate about aging as gracefully as I can and to help women feel both incredible and comfortable in their own skin!
I am a wife/mother/daughter/sister/friend/comedian/nurse and business owner (just to name a few). You are more than likely some of these things too, and I am sure we have much in common.
Now that I am entering my 50’s my priorities have changed. Feeling good in my own skin and loving what I wear is now particularly important to me.
Tell us a bit about your business or organisation/role: It can be difficult to get your health and wellbeing back on track (and commit to getting back to who you once were) but when you have the support of other’s that track is a lot less lonely.
So, with that in mind I decided to create this group to help ME get back to ME, and to build a community of like-minded women where you can be yourself!
EmpowHER MOVEment is a place to connect with other women who are interested in being part of a positive and inspirational community based on the foundation of looking and feeling good in our own skin and learning how activity and fashion can make you feel great both physically and mentally.
I will be bringing a huge amount of value to this group, and as a business owner, I will also be demonstrating how I use a line of clothing that helps me feel good about myself.
I love the community I am building here. We are a group dedicated to not only loving ourselves, but also cheering each other on through good days and bad.
When we support each other, we create a safe space to be our truest authentic selves, and that is something wonderful.
