I am know by most as Beck… I am a wife, a boy mum and a fur mum.
I have been in the fitness industry for over 15 years and I honestly couldn’t think of anything else I would rather be doing. I love helping people and the fitness industry has been the tool I have used in order to help people change their lives. During lockdown, I was working at the park and in my garage and it was an opportunity for people to be in a more relaxed environment (they could even bring their kids with them). It was then that I realised that I needed to do this for myself and for the people in my community. I opened the doors to the current studio in November 2020. I love having my own space because I can be flexible with my clients and help tailor everything to their specific needs. It gives me a connection to our community it also gives me flexibility as a mum and a wife to be able to have some balance.
I help my husband run his award-winning commercial fitout business called Total Fitouts which has grown from one office in Adelaide to now also having an office in Melbourne and is taking up more of my time these days.
I do enjoy traveling and exploring new places, reading, watching movies or occasionally binge watching something on Netflix but generally working with my clients or on my business is what I spend most of my time doing.

Meg is one half of the lady lawyer duo at Kin Lawyers with a focus on people and their relationships.
Meg likes: getting to the point of things, visiting her second home of Morocco, marvelling at the insatiable energy of her child, being in a room with cleverer/funnier/kinder people (but reminding herself she’s ok too!), and being home by 8:30pm to watch ABC crime drama (even though everything is on demand now). She will always be down for a 6pm dinner reservation (or better yet, 5pm opening!)
Meg dislikes: writing bios, not being able to read a really good book again “for the first time” after she’s finished it, her email inbox, and anything other than the British method for queuing.

Hello, I’m Jenny. For the past 18 years, I’ve dedicated my life to the field of Psychotherapy, NLP training, and Clinical Supervision. My journey began in the beautiful landscapes of the United Kingdom, where I was born and first discovered my passion for helping others. Eight years ago, I found a new home under the sun-kissed skies of Australia, and it’s here that my journey has continued to flourish.
As someone who is proudly clinically registered with PACFA, my heart lies in guiding individuals towards realizing the incredible potential that lies within them. I believe that everyone is capable of so much more than they imagine, and it’s this belief that fuels my approach to therapy. There’s nothing more fulfilling to me than seeing someone discover and embrace their true capabilities.
My therapeutic approach is deeply influenced by the constructivist school, which respects and values each person’s unique life story. This perspective allows me to connect with each individual in a way that is both meaningful and personal, creating a warm and empathetic space for growth and healing.
Throughout my career, I’ve enriched my practice with additional training in Narrative Therapy, EMDR, DBT, and CBT. This diverse range of skills means I can offer a compassionate, holistic approach, tailored to meet the unique needs of each person I work with.
Beyond my individual therapy sessions, I find great joy in my role as an NLP Trainer and Clinical Supervisor. Here, I have the privilege of nurturing the next generation of therapists, sharing the wisdom and insights I’ve gained over the years. It’s a role that allows me to extend the reach of compassion and understanding in the world of psychotherapy.
In every interaction, whether it’s 1-1 or training groups, I strive to create an environment of warmth and empathy, where individuals feel genuinely heard and understood. My mission is to walk with you on your journey towards healing and self-discovery, helping you to unlock the doors to a life filled with potential and joy.

I’m a country girl at heart, that loves being at the beach to relax and recharge, but also enjoys living in the big smoke.
I completed high school in 2000 and in 2001 I started working for a Conveyancer in the Barossa Valley. I quickly learnt that this industry was my passion and in 2004 I decided to study part time while working full time, to get my qualifications to become a Registered Conveyancer. In 2008 I became fully qualified and then moved to the city the following year to further grow my skills and to move in with my partner. Moving to the city was very eye-opening and it allowed me to grow and learn a lot! After a small stint as a Front Office Manager for a brand new 4 star hotel, I eventually decided to start up my own business in 2015 and I have not looked back!!
In 2018 I married my best friend and then in 2020 as the COVID pandemic hit, we welcomed our little girl to the world. The struggle of juggling work life and motherhood became very real and extremely challenging, but slowly each day that goes past I feel I am getting the hang of it a little more.
Away from work and being a mum, I love being at the beach, I love hearing the sound of the waves and smelling that fresh salty air! Within minutes I can feel it starting to relax and recharge me. I also love motor sport, in particular watching the F1’s and hubby loves getting me involved in watching cricket and footy – I pretend I really don’t like it, but secretly it isn’t really that bad! I also love hanging out with close friends, enjoying great food and maybe a margarita or 2! Music is also my escape and dancing, but I am cautious on the D-Floor after breaking my foot dancing to “500 miles” in 2022 – so these days it is mainly done in my lounge room!
Overall, I am a pretty fun loving, easy going and down to earth girl who loves to have a chat and a laugh and to help educate others on all areas of conveyancing.

Hi, I’m Natalie. As a Mum of two gorgeous young adults, wife, Chief Executive Officer of an electronics manufacturing business and a registered counsellor and mindfulness/meditation practitioner, I understand the transformative power of integrating evidence-based strategies with embodied wisdom practices to create a life filled with meaning, purpose, and productivity. Having navigated through several of life’s challenges, I’ve experienced the pain of suffering, feeling stuck, and overwhelmed. This can result in low energy, disrupted sleep, headaches, digestive issues, chronic pain conditions, heightened anxiety as well as persistent procrastination and excuses. The key realisation is that life doesn’t need to be chaotic. Over 25 years ago, my own struggles led me to meditation, and after years of practice with various teachers and groups, it has profoundly impacted my personal, professional, and parenting life.
As a parent guiding children through the diverse terrain they experience nowadays about four years ago my youngest found herself challenged with her mental health state, this became quite a worrying and concerning time. I found myself feeling quite lost within the mental health system with feeling inadequate with my ability to support my child. This was the driving force behind the beginning of my latest formal studies. Thinking that if I felt this way many other parents must be experiencing the same thing and how can I make this better for not only myself but other parents facing similar traumatic situations. This led me to gaining a Post Graduate Diploma in teaching and guiding meditation and mindfulness (specialising in mental health) and most recently my Diploma in counselling.
I made the decision to juggle two jobs, as I am so passionate about supporting peoples mental health. Dividing 50% of my time to each business and also continuing to be a present, loving, caring and grounded parent and wife is a continued challenge but my daily meditation practice is my guiding light.
My mission is to share my insights to help others save time and potentially alleviate some of their suffering, so they can live a life that they LOVE.
