Lilly Jones – Patch Foundry

Lilly Jones – Patch Foundry

I’ve had the pleasure of working with a variety of small and big clients, locally, nationally and internationally. Helping them build and grow their brands through thoughtful design, marketing, and websites that actually work. I’ve played the role of designer, developer, copywriter, photographer, videographer, marketing coordinator, project manager, and more. I also share what I’ve learnt along the way as an online tutor at UniSA Online, and on-campus tutor at UniSA where I teach students the ins and outs of web design and digital media.

I love collaborating with businesses to strengthen their online presence and find fresh, practical ways to solve problems, big or small. When I’m not designing websites, you’ll find me playing soccer, at the local farmers’ markets, spending time with friends and family, walking my dog or enjoying the beach.

My biggest conviction comes from my own transformation—proof that you can move from merely surviving to thriving with purpose and vitality.

Jenny Davies – A J’s Simply Latex

Jenny Davies – A J’s Simply Latex

When you first meet me I can be a little quiet and reserved, until I get to know people then I relax. I am fun loving, happy and easy going person who love a challenge and is always willing to help.

15 years ago I packed up my home and life into six boxes and made the big move, on my own, to SA to start a new relationship and have been happily married for 14 years. I have two grown up children, from my previous marriage, now 36 and 39 who chose to remain in the UK, both have happy in life and have successful careers.
Before leaving the UK I worked for a leisure/hospitality company as Business manager firstly at a gallery and craft centre and then a leisure centre. I love technology, am an Apple fanatic, and had always dreamt of working for them. That dream came true in 2013 when I was lucky enough to join an amazing team for the opening of the new Apple Store in Adelaide.

When I retired, in 2018, I imagined spending my time gardening, collecting cacti, playing video games, being Treasurer for the Cactus and Succulent Society, maybe taking up a craft and enjoying the beautiful environment I live in, just having a relaxing time. But that’s not me as I soon discovered that this wasn’t enough, I needed more, I got restless and bored, so I put together a plan to start up an online business.

Rosemary Caruso – Johnston Withers Lawyers

Rosemary Caruso – Johnston Withers Lawyers

Since starting my career at a small firm in 2001, I have practised in a number of areas, including wills and estates, family law, commercial law, and tax law.
I now specialise in wills and estates and help with practical advice about estate planning, simple and complex wills, enduring powers of attorney, and advance care directives. And when things go wrong, she likes to assist with estate disputes – including making or defending claims against the will or challenging the will itself.

With a particular focus on making the estate administration process as straightforward as possible,I am here to help with grants of probate, and letters of administration.

I joined Johnston Withers in 2022 after heading up one of SA’s largest wills and estates teams for over 10 years. I am a northern suburbs local and have always worked in the Salisbury area and continue to work at Johnston Withers’ Adelaide and Salisbury offices.

I am a longstanding member of the Law Society of South Australia’s Succession and Elder Law Committee as well as the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners’ SA Branch.

I have an academic background in engineering and law, and bring a uniquely analytical perspective to the team and I use this to find innovative solutions.

I understand that wills and estates can be a sensitive matter, and I pride myself on providing empathetic, practical advice to my clients in a timely manner.

Outside of the law I am married with two teenagers who keep my hands full but still find time to squeeze in an early morning F45 session. I also enjoy spending time with family on our 21 acre property in the northern suburbs.

Jana Le – Mind to Mind Psychology

Jana Le – Mind to Mind Psychology

I’m Jana — a Clinical and Health Psychologist and Director at Mind to Mind Psychology in Adelaide. I’ve spent over a decade supporting adolescents and adults with complex mental and physical health challenges, from trauma and chronic pain to neurodivergence and burnout.
These days, I lead a lovely team of psychologists and admin legends, balancing therapy with mentoring, practice growth, and creating a workplace that feels supportive, human, and genuinely connected.

I’ve worked across hospitals, private practice, and regional SA, and I love blending evidence-based therapies with a warm, down-to-earth approach. I’ve also co-authored academic papers in the areas of health psychology and quality of life — but I get just as much joy from meaningful conversations and lightbulb moments in everyday life.

Outside of psychology, you’ll usually find me in the sun with a book or a puzzle, testing out a new recipe, at a sip-and-paint night, or doing something creative like pottery (with very mixed results). I love connecting with curious minds that are interested in building things that matter — and I’m always up for a conversation that inspires growth.
