For over twenty years I have hosted a variety of wellness events and information sessions around wellbeing, resilience, and living with a health condition.. My passion is to bring positivity into the lives of many, all with a sense of realism and fun.
As a HCANZA certified Health and Wellness Coach, my coaching style is motivating people to live well, with balance, clarity, and direction.
