Rosemary Caruso – Johnston Withers Lawyers

Since starting my career at a small firm in 2001, I have practised in a number of areas, including wills and estates, family law, commercial law, and tax law.
I now specialise in wills and estates and help with practical advice about estate planning, simple and complex wills, enduring powers of attorney, and advance care directives. And when things go wrong, she likes to assist with estate disputes – including making or defending claims against the will or challenging the will itself.

With a particular focus on making the estate administration process as straightforward as possible,I am here to help with grants of probate, and letters of administration.

I joined Johnston Withers in 2022 after heading up one of SA’s largest wills and estates teams for over 10 years. I am a northern suburbs local and have always worked in the Salisbury area and continue to work at Johnston Withers’ Adelaide and Salisbury offices.

I am a longstanding member of the Law Society of South Australia’s Succession and Elder Law Committee as well as the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners’ SA Branch.

I have an academic background in engineering and law, and bring a uniquely analytical perspective to the team and I use this to find innovative solutions.

I understand that wills and estates can be a sensitive matter, and I pride myself on providing empathetic, practical advice to my clients in a timely manner.

Outside of the law I am married with two teenagers who keep my hands full but still find time to squeeze in an early morning F45 session. I also enjoy spending time with family on our 21 acre property in the northern suburbs.

Jacqui Woodall – Safe Hands SA

Hi, I’m Jacqui, founder of Safe Hands SA, where we make First Aid, CPR, and workplace safety training practical, relevant, and (dare I say it) actually enjoyable. I’m based in Adelaide and work with businesses, schools, and community groups across SA to build confident responders and stronger compliance.

I believe first aid should never be just a tick-box; it’s about knowing what to do when it counts. I’m also passionate about supporting other small businesses—whether it’s sharing resources, booking local, or cheering loudly from the sidelines.

Harriet Walker – The Chiro Crew

Hi, I’m Harriet, and I’m delighted to meet you!

The philosophy of Chiropractic truly resonates with me: the body inherently knows how to heal itself when there is no interference to the nervous system. My passion is sharing this approach through adjustments and education, helping people live their best lives.

As of February 2024, I am the proud owner of The Chiro Crew — a place that holds special significance for me. I have been coming here since I was a little girl, and it feels incredibly meaningful to now be part of the practice that has been a cornerstone of my own health journey.

My journey with Chiropractic began in childhood when my mother brought my brother and me to her Chiropractor to ensure we grew up strong and adaptable. This early experience inspired me to become a Chiropractor myself.

Outside of the practice, I’m married to my wonderful husband, and we welcomed our little man into the world in October 2024. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family, playing music, dancing, and exploring new culinary creations in my kitchen.

Natalie Michels – Alite Mind

Natalie Michels – Alite Mind

For as long as I can remember, I’ve been someone others turn to, a person they feel safe sharing their thoughts and emotions with. I’ve always held space for others, listened deeply, and supported them through their challenges. Counselling felt like a natural path for me, and I’m proud to be a registered counsellor with the Australian Counselling Association. I combine evidence-based strategies with wisdom-based practices to help people create lives filled with meaning, purpose, and resilience.

Over the years, I’ve faced major surgeries, endured a domestic violence relationship at a young age, lived with chronic pain, and was diagnosed with lymphoma cancer a decade ago. These experiences gave me firsthand insight into suffering, feeling stuck, and being completely overwhelmed.

Beyond my work, I’m a mum to two wonderful young adults, a wife, and an animal and bird lover. Our home is often alive with the sounds of our two exotic parrots, and our labradoodles Poppy and Holly. I have a special admiration for pelicans and love to unwind by the beach, where I often meditate, birdwatch, and connect with nature.

I bring unique skills of finance, leadership, mindset and wellbeing to challenge traditional approaches and bring practical tools to inspire action, connection, and positive change.

Enjoying 13 years in the disability sector I have experienced first hand the toll of constantly giving can have on the body and mind. Hence I am passionate about creating healthy workplaces where people can make a positive impact while also preserving their wellbeing and preventing burnout.

Our Leaders have the potential to create the biggest changes in our communities but often they are high achievers, working twice as hard due to mindset challenges like perfectionism, imposter syndrome and self-doubt. That is why I created the Leaders Circles to support business owners and leaders to make a difference without the inner critic and burnout. Connection, wellbeing, and achieving results are top values for me and this is the foundations of the Leaders Circles.

Having started my career as an accountant my fascination with human behaviour and wanting to help people reach there potential saw me go on to become a Master NLP Coach, Hypnotherapist, and last year becoming an NLP trainer.

I provide engaging, inclusive and insightful leaders circles, workshops and coaching programs to support leaders, teams and organisations achieve their outcomes through the power of neuroscience, leadership and wellbeing.
